We manage all aspects from programming of PLC’s, electronics and electrical to hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical.

AceReTech recycling and pelletizing
AceReTech recycling and pelletizing – This product line includes everything from size reduction equipment (shredders and granulators) to complete washing plants and pelletizers. In other words, complete turnkey solutions for plastic recycling.
GUR-IS Bag making machines
The GUR-IS brand is well established in the South African market with 150 machines at over 50 customers. From the reliable GM900SV side seal machine and reliable BSF1200 bottom seal machine to Wicket bag and Bag on roll machine GUR-IS has the right machine for you.

Services
New Installations
We currently install new blown film extruders, bag making machines, mounting/proofing machines, slitting/rewinding machines, recycling machines and a whole range auxiliary equipment like gravimetric dosing units, hopper loaders, granulators and material driers on behalf of machine importers and for customers who import their equipment themselves.
Relocations
We will relocate your existing equipment. Whether you want to move it 500mm to the left (Yes, we get such requests!) or to another plant. All aspects of the relocation will be taken care of.
Repairs
Our knowledge base allows us to do mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic or pneumatic repairs. If we feel that specialist repairs are necessary, (Motor rewinding, hydraulic pump repairs or electronic circuit board repairs are some examples) we will make sure that it is done by reliable engineers.
Service
Regular preventative maintenance is paramount in preventing unplanned downtime. We have found that many of the smaller manufacturers do not have the technical personnel to do this effectively and they are usually the ones who least can afford the downtime! We provide a maintenance service on an annually renewable contract basis. In addition to maintenance contracts we will also service machines on a once off basis as required by our customers.
Rebuilds
When rebuilding a machine, that is what we do. Rebuild them, back to the original specifications. We don’t believe that a nice layer of paint and a few other cosmetic improvements can be called “rebuilding”. With us the machine will be dismantled completely, and every warn out part will be repaired or replaced, electrical wiring will be removed and replaced with new wire, all electrical components will be tested and replaced if needed. You will get a “new” machine, not one that only looks new.
Design
Designing and building equipment to perform customer specific functions is another service that we provide. Whether it is a simple device to aid in stacking bags neatly on bag machines or a specialized processing machine, we will find a solution.
